So I love to tweak the taste of a traditional recipe to cater to my Indian taste buds. This one is a simple easy tweak to Miso Soup.

The core ingredient here is a good quality bean paste from a local Chinese market .

And I twisted the recipe a bit here I just want my Indian taste buds to feel good ..they don't get these tweaks in restaurants...so I added coriander flakes instead of Seaweed flakes

also added the red chilies oil to feel better with the coriander...the result is miso soup version of coriander soup..

The Recipe is here

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Chicken Stock
1.5 cups of water
4 Tbsp of Miso Paste
8 Oz of Tofu - I used extra firm but a soft will work better..! cut into small pieces
1 Tsp of Coriander flakes
Chili oil to the taste..!

Steps:

1. Rapidly boil chicken stock and water and put off the stove a
2. Add the 4 sbsp of Miso paste to the liquids and still till it dissolves..!
3. Once dissolved boil the mixture for 3 - 4 minutes with tofu chunks in it.
4. As you see the soup rapidly boiling you can switch off the heat and add Cilantro flakes to it.
5. In the end serve it in a bowl and add more cilantro to garnish and add chili oil to the taste.

I hope you enjoy this twist to the Miso Soup..! Leave Comments...!
